Septic & Sewer Jetting in the Lakes Region

When the tank is fine but the line still won't drain, the blockage is in the pipe. High-pressure jetting scours roots, grease, and sludge out of the line between your house, tank, and field and restores full flow.

The Service

When Pumping Isn't Enough

Sometimes we pump a tank and the drains are still slow — because the problem is the pipe, not the tank. Roots find their way into joints, grease and sludge coat the walls, and the effective diameter shrinks until flow chokes. A snake punches a hole through it; jetting actually scours the pipe wall clean.

We run a high-pressure hose through the line, cut the roots and blast the buildup back to the tank, and can follow with a camera to confirm the pipe is clear and find why it clogged.

What This Includes

Pricing

Most residential jetting runs $250–$600 depending on line length, access, and severity. Camera inspection can be added to confirm the clear and find the cause.

Common Questions

Jetting or snaking — what's the difference?

A snake bores a hole through a clog so water passes; jetting scours the whole pipe wall clean, cutting roots and stripping grease so the blockage doesn't return in a month.

Will jetting damage my pipe?

On sound pipe, no — it's water pressure sized to the line. If a camera shows a crushed or broken section, jetting won't fix that and we'll tell you it needs repair instead.

How do I know if I need jetting or just pumping?

If pumping the tank buys only days of relief, or one fixture backs up repeatedly, the line is the suspect. A camera settles it.
